During the day the LEDs are not bright enough to read the time. Is there an adjustment?

LEDs are lights there are no backlights, so either the leds aren't getting enough juice or they themselves are toast.

Press the reset switch to reset the garmin, is the backlight turned off in the settings or is it possibly faulty?

actually you need to first confirm the wattage and lumes from the supplier.. mostly its a lack of power that causes this.. YOu can build Joule thiefs for each LED (very very impractical) or you can replace thw poer supply which most likely has a problem..

First remove the battery and power cord for about a minute. Then plug back in and see if that helps. Otherwise please read the following:

Can you focus during the day time on a distant object. If you can nothing is wrong with the scope. Objects in the night sky are tiny, smaller than the tip of your finger held at arms length.

You don't say what device this is on, HOWEVER most thngs have a "contrast" control that will adjust the visibility.

Sometimes they call this a viewing angle control and sometimes it is a small shaft from the back of a unit, OTHER times it is a setting available through a menu... if you can read the display enough to find it...

I have a 1997 cadillac deville that has both 'daytime running lamps' when put into gear and 'twilight sentinel' which turns the headlamps and parking lamps on at night, and goes off during the day or when it is bright enough.

There is an adjustable delay for the twilight sentinel to turn the headlights off after the ignition key is removed and it is night time.

I had the 'daytime running lamps' installed on a 1990 Cadillac Deville that turns the headlamps only on when the ignition key is switched to on with an aftermarket module. The headlamps are about 70% or so as bright as the regular twiilight sentinel headlamps and parking lights and are designed to go on during the day.

The twilight sentinel overrides this feature when it gets dark outside.

I had the daytime running lamps installed by an auto electric shop that specializes in electrical systems, alarms, stereos, etc.

PICTURE IS DARK WHEN OSD CONTRAST MENU ADJUST LEVEL CHANGES.
Cause: SHORTED ZD-309.

Also, increase Screen controls at front of TV and see what pix brightness does . Hopefully you did check brighteness & contast levels. When adjusting Sreen controls set contrast control at about 90% and brightness at about 50%.

Metering has gone on the .Can you set the camera to Aperture priority or speed priority?Set to either permanently if you cane then you should get a standard exposure. The inside shots may appear dark, but all the information is there and a treak in an image editor will brighten them up. Cant do the same for too bright images though if they burnout then that's it. a repair is not likely got a birthday any time soon Got some one that luvs you enough to buy you the next one.?
