These are certain minimum required specifications that need to be met before you can upgrade Windows XP on your system to Windows 7. The memory requirement for upgrading to Windows 7 is 1GB RAM for the 32-bit version and 2GB RAM for the 64-bit version. A DirectX 9 supporting graphics card with a WDDM 1.1 driver is also necessary for upgrading to Windows 7. Make sure that your other devices are also Windows 7 compatible. get more information for Upgrading Windows 7 hope this helps you.

Or this?

http://www.msi.com/product/mb/G31TM-P25.html

Difference in the audio ports.

Motherboard Users Manual for the -P25 version above,(on the MSI Support page), is to hover your mouse cursor over the heading - Download.
(Overview/Specification/Download/Support/Where to Buy )

Scroll down to Manual in the list, and left-click on it.
Under the heading - Download - left-click on the blue M7529v1.2.zip
Now click on the country nearest yours.

A small window will come up on the right -
Opening M7529v1.2.zip
Left-click on Save File

A small window will come up on the left.
In the wording at the top of the file, tells you where the file will download to.
It may have Desktop, or My Documents, or Downloads, in it. (Windows XP)

Desktop: The file - M7529v1.2.zip - will be on your desktop screen. (Next to a yellow folder icon with a zipper on it)

My Documents: Click on Start, then My Documents.

Downloads: Click on Start, then My Documents. DOUBLE-click on Downloads.

When you see the file DOUBLE-click right on it.
The Unzip Wizard may, or may not appear.
If so go to the right, and click on - Unzip.

Next go to the far left, and click on - Extract All Files.
Then click on Next, Next, and Finish at the bottom.
There will now be a yellow folder icon in the same place as the zip folder.
Double-click on it to view the manual.
