From other information listed I was able to answer my own question. On this model there is swingarm right after the fuser that verifies the paper made it through the fuser. It's shaped like a lightning bolt symbol or stretched out letter "S" and has small round sticking from each side near the middle point; on the one end there is a small flat square. The part pops into a matching holder and when the paper comes through the fuser it pushes one end of the part causing the flat part on the other end to swing and pass between 2 sensors (magenetic?) which creates a signal and tells the brain of the machine that the paper made it through the fuser. I found this by opening the back where the fuser is located and saw the part laying there and how once I put it the right way it go right between those sensors (or maybe called pick-ups). I know what caused the arm to pop out; a huge paper jam on a humid day when somehouse 6-7 sheets managed to stick together and either they knocked the swingarm off or I did when clearing the jam.

Paper stops about 3" after heat fuser with a paper jam error but there is no paper jam.
