My Kodak all in one printer won't respond to my computer comands. It won't connect to my wireless internet at all. It was working fine, then one day it just stopped responding. What do I do? I've tried unplugging the printer, then disconnected the internet and router. Nothing has helped.

Hi krdur99, we want to help you with your question, but we need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box?
what ip address does the printer use ?
is it a static ip address or is it allocated dynamically or its ip address could be allocated to another device dynamically ?

This used to happen all the time when I had one. The best thing to do is to completely uninstall the printer and all it's added programs from your computer.
Switch off the computer and let cool down (have a cup of coffee) Now reboot the computer and then reinstall the printer and follow instructions to connect via Wi Fi
If this works make sure auto update is switched OFF as every time mine was updated your problem occurred. So much for Degreed wonders who try to justify their existence and completely mess up a perfectly sound working system when they don't know what they are doing, shame they never seem to have a brain or any logic.

SOURCE: Kodak 5300 printer problem

I would suggest the following :

1) Remove the Kodak printer and all its software.
2) Disconnect the USB cable from the computer.
3) Reinstall the entire software applications for the printer just as if you were installing it for the first time.
4) When asked to connect the printer .. Use a different USB port .. even if you have to switch something out .. but do this step irregardless.

Now what I want to know is ..
1) Can you print from the computer?
2) Black still "gone" ?

Let me know

SOURCE: Kodak ESP 7 WIFI problems

The ACTIONTEC GT124, M1000 and PK5000 Routers are not compatible with wireless-enabled all-in-one printers. These routers cannot connect to your all-in-one printer because they do not support the multicast protocol. Contact your router supplier for additional assistance and to determine if your router will be able to support the muticast protocol in the future.

My kodak 7250 printed from the laptop wirelessly before we moved across town. Now says disconnected

If the printer is not connecting to the wireless router, you need to address that problem first. It wasn't clear from your problem description whether or not that is the case. If the printer is getting a successful wifi connection then you may need to delete the printer from your PC and re-add it.

Connect another laptop to my wireless kodak printer but it won't recognise the printer

check the website of your printer such as if its a Lexmark go to lexmark.com and see if the model number is compatable with the Vista programming. A lot of printers do not operate with Vista. I have three printers that only operate with XP and Windows 7

How do I connect my Macbook to my Kodak wireless printer with my Belkin G+MIMO router?

When you added the WPS encryption ket to your wireless router, this secures your wireless network from unauthorized access to you wireless network.
To allow your wireless computers and wireless printer to communicate with your wireless network the wireless cards in the computers and printer needs to be configured with the WPA encryption settings that you configured in the wireless router.

Ur equipment is too hard to connect iam not paying 4 tech support i have a brand new kodak printer that will not work even with computer savy people trying. I have a laptop and a wireless router and...

Please give more information so we can help you such as the make/model of the printer and laptop system, and if the printer came with a USB cable and a CD. Also, what you have already tried would be helpful so we don't tell you do redo things that don't work.

Sometimes you have to physically connect the two devices first and install the driver on the laptop before it will communicate wirelessly. And depending on your laptop, operating system, and the make/model of your Kodak printer, the process will be a little different getting into the properties and preferences to do all of this.
