Just go to Send Money Pay Online or Set Up Merchant Account PayPal and create a new account, using a different username tha your previous account (if you can remember it at all). PayPal will tell you whether the username is already taken.

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password". They'll send you an email that allows you to choose a new password. You'll probably need a Paypal account also.
Don't make your passwords simple.
Write down all your usernames and passwords on a piece of paper. Make it organized so it makes sense and keep it some place you can pull it out easily. Expect you'll have 50 or 60 Websites/usernames/passwords before long. Keep them all on lists. Its best if you use your computer to make a list and print them out. That way its easy to edit the list into alphabetical order now and then. Don't store the file in your computer though...store it on a USB drive or an SD card in case anyone hacks into your computer.

Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of each purchased term. In order to cancel charges you will need to end your Membership before the term expires. In order to make the change please do the following:

1. Go to www.wizard101.com
2. Login with your username & Password
3. Go to "My Accounts"
4. Next to the account you would like to cancel press the "End" button.
5. You will be prompted with a confirmation. Press 'OK' if you want to proceed.

This will stop billing for the next term and revert your account back to a trial basis. To see when your account will be set back to trial go to My Accounts and you will see the Membership end date next to your username.

To play ONLINE Call of Duty then you will need a Gold account. I am assuming that you had bought a 3 month membership to Gold and that is why it has run out?

If the Xbox 360 is used then you still might have a few free trial periods free for 1 month Xbox Live. If I recall previously you could load up to 4 trial accounts. So try just creating a new user profile and see if it doesn't give you one month free for that account? If not then the previous owner has used all the trial accounts.

Make sure you don't use a credit card when signing up to Xbox Live though... it will automatically be set to charge you for renewal when your Gold Account runs out.

If you have to get a Gold account then I recommend you purchase the Live cards at your local store. Some people go onto Ebay and find cheap deals... but I have heard of a few people complain when getting cards that don't work.

The only way I can see doing that is to cancel the card you used to open the ex-wife's account ( dispute her charges), get them to issue another card and use the new card to open another account. You can't close her account,but she won't be able to use your money anymore.

With regard to the suspension in your account, if it's about billing it could be that your account's being charged off.
A charge off means eBay has recognized your balance as debt to eBay for accounting purposes. Keep in mind that you still owe this amount to eBay. Additionally, eBay reserve the right to pursue collections efforts, including use of a collection agency.

To avoid further collections efforts and to remove the suspension,I recommend that you need to pay for the fees. eBay will reinstate your account as soon as eBay receive payment for this amount.

To see the overdue balance and a breakdown of the fees you've been charged, follow these steps:
1. Go to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.
2. Click the "Account" tab.
3. Click the "All account activity" link under your current balance.
You'll see a summary of your latest invoice and a list of fees, credits and payments from the last 4 months. To see a previous invoice, select the one you want from the "Invoices" drop-down menu on the right side of the page.

eBay accept payment by PayPal, direct debit, credit card, check, or money order.
Here's how to make a one-time payment:
1. Go to My eBay. You may need to sign in.
2. Click the "Account" tab.

How long will it take for your payment to go through?

I recommend checking your email for the confirming the account was created, and has your username and password. In case you  do not have that email anymore, request your username or password through the website, there should be a link for this at the logon page. The email you used when you signed up will be sent the username or password. 
However, this does require you to remember any secret questions and answers you may have entered during the signup process. If all else fails, connect the site administrator or technical support. They will be able to reset your password or tell you the username for that account.
