its the motor sensor the wiring or control board
or the motor brushes are worn out and need changed out

plug something else into the powerpoint to see if it works

I'm not sure what a Westinghouse mastermind is especially since you posted for a whirlpool duet and have a matching whirlpool model#

The problem you are most likely having is a rear tub bearing going bad and typically needs to have the outer rear tub part# W10772617 and the tub itself since you normally can not get them apart without damage part# W10772617.

Symptoms are that it squeals really loud especially in a high spin or can sound like a jet taking off. If you open the door, You can grab the drum and spin it/wiggle side to side and it will feel loose or clunky.

The parts will exceed 800$ and is easiest with two guys to dismantle and replace.

There may be a warranty on these parts. Probably not but you can refer to your owners manual or contact whirlpool with a model and serial# to verify.

The front seal can be replaced by you provided that you are able get the spares.

YOU NEED TO CLEAN YOUR DRAIN PUMP

I just had to lighten the load. I think that HE means heavy. It works fine now.

the OE flashing code means there is a drainage problem.

check hoses for Crimping or Clogging.

To Manually unlock the door lock system:

1. Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
2. Remove the front lower kick panel.
3. Reach up along the inside of the front panel and locate the bottom of the door latch assembly.
4. Located on the bottom of the door latch assembly is a tear-drop shaped tab.
5. Gently pull the tab down about quarter inch or until a click is heard.
6. The door may now be opened.

remove the front panel and check for obstructions in the drain pump also on some models there is a catch screen in the tub to pump hose if you have a shop vac pull the water out of the drain hose first as there will be water in the unit
