Ethernet Issue Looking to network my Dimension 2400 to my roomies PC. Is there any way of making my ethernet compatible with an 802.3 or 802.3u switch (made by D-Link)? My router details show 802.1p QOS. Do i just need to purchase a newer ethernet adapter or is there a way to make this work? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If it's the built in ethernet port, all you need to do is purchase a PCI ethernet card, disable the one that's built in in the device manager and you're good to go.
