My Ilo-32HD LCD T.V. will only get one chanel. I have no control of volume or chanel selection. The remote will turn the T.V. on and off, and so will the control button but one chanel is really dull. Please help with any info that you can offer.

I own an ILO TV that is still under the extended warranty. I've had it repaired twice since May 08 and it has failed again. Since it is still under warranty, I will send it back in to be repaired.... again. If I were you, I'd cut my losses and buy a new TV from any store except Walmart.
The only way that I know of to eliminate this problem is to buy a new TV. My ILO TV has been repaired twice since May 08 and it went out again for the third time. The problem starts out as an intermittent problem.... You turn the TV on, the audio is fine but there's no picture, you will be unable to change the channel or volume whether you're using the remote control or the buttons on the TV.
This TV should have been recalled. Don't throw good money after bad and don't reward the manufacturer and retailer for their bad behavior, buy your next TV from a different retailer.
Normally this is a good indication of a stuck button on the set. With the set off, try working each of the control buttons. You should be able to feel teh button engage. If one feels like it does not work, that is the likely culprit and it should be replaced.
I'm having the same problem. And yes, it's probably from static shock because I shocked the tv when I went to turn it on the other day. Now nothing, it goes on but none of the button work. Is there anything we can do about this? Help!
Hi! I have been through this situation on a 26" model of ILO LCD TV. I think the problem you have is the same, but could you clarify one thing for me? Is your model an ILO-3200, or is it an ILO-32HD? I suspect 32HD, because I know the problem exists on the 26HD models which are basically very similar in design and say manufactured by Initial Technologies on the back of the set. Does your unit list this manufacturer on the back? Let me know. Thanks!
