are you talking about the audio files of the audio books. or are you talking about the text file. Where mp3/4 players do text to speech. cause yours cannot do text to speech. However if you have the audio cd. then yes that can be put on there just like a mp3 as its no different.

Had "File System Corrupt!" message appear on my
RCA H115A after a bit over a year. PC wouldn't recognize it, and it wouldn't
stay turned on.
Following advice (thanks folks), I uncovered the screw under the barcode and
popped the back with the help of my knife. I didn't notice that the connection
from the hard drive was loose, but pulled it out, wiped everything off, and
reconnected. It worked!
They don't give this at the help desk, but it seems to be a common problem with
many models. Looks like the connection isn't very tight.
When this happened to my unit I had to have it replaced by RCA. Fortunately mine was under warranty at the time. About 2 years ago when this happened the RCA rep told me that the unit has a fairly low capacity for shock. So if you dropped it this could be the issue.
Yepp ,I have the exact same problem some one please help us.
i have the exact same thing with mine too
