Hello jesslsch,
For a problem like this, there's pretty much 3 solutions.
1) You could grab a piece of scotch tape or some other adhesive and stick the button into the "on" position
2) Bring it to a local electronics repair shop to get it professionally fixed
3) Purchase a new unit
I hope this information has been helpful.

Baby monitor will not sync

I just barely had this problem and was able to figure it out.

You need to hit the "ok" button on the side of the handheld monitor. It will only let you select "add camera".

Hit ok again and it will give you a list of 4 camera's.

Now at this point you will need the actual camera and handheld monitor. You need to hold down the "code" button on the back of the camera and select "camera 1" in the list of 4 cameras. This should sync it back and you should have picture again!

Summer infant baby monitor has frozen screen

My monitor was stuck on one of my cameras and when I turned it off and on again it was stuck in the hello screen. I took the battery out and put it in again. Then I pressed the button on the left (I have a best view) and pressed the right arrow key until I got to the view can screen. It turns out something was wrong with just one of my cameras as I could view the other one. I unplugged and replugged that camera and that solved my problem!

My camera is saying out of range can you help

Turn on both camera and monitor. Bring the monitor close to the camera. Press menu button and scroll down to "add camera"
Press and hole the pairing button on the back of the camera and press and hold the centre button on the monitor and hold for a few seconds. The monitor should soon show what the camera sees. Then just close up menu.

The "on" button does not

We used this monitor for two years with no problems then we also experienced the same power problem. Using my electronics background I was able the verify that the problem was with the actual power switch. I ordered a replacement switch and installed it. The monitor now works like new again. The switch is available via online electronic suppliers. The part number I used was a TL2285EE made by E-SWITCH. I found that it is actually a little bigger then the original and believe that the original switch is actually a TL2230EE. The bigger switch fit with a little persuading and should last a little longer but the 2230 would fit much better. This job is not too hard for someone with some soldering experience.

Good Luck...We love our monitor again (we own two)

Button on flat screen won't work

We had this same thing happen on one of our televisions. You can try using the can of spray air usually used on cleaning keyboards. Hope this helps. Best wishes!
