Question about HP P2035N LaserJet Monochrome Printer
Network printer is connected to check network connection. (cable, plug, etc.), if everything is ok not a problem to the network printer port on ferl can happen and if it is installed USB port, possibly connected to a another USB port

Offline means that the computer thinks the printer is not available. The problem is that some how, that option in the printer menu has been checked. "use printer offline" is the choice that has probably been checked. Some times this will happen after a communication or paper problem has occcured.
To get to this menu, go to printers and faxes on the control panel. Find your printer icon and click on it.
A window wil appear and you will see file in the upper left corner. Click on this and a drop down menu will appear. You should see the offline option here, and if there is a check mark in front of it, click on the check mark to remove it.
This should clear the problem.
