if its the driver you need click start control panel view devices and printers you should see your webcam from there if you are have trouble with your webcam click start control panel administrive tools ,computer management ,device manager scroll down image devices you could see a yellow question/exclamation mark ? ! or a red X a new driver will need to be installed right click to reinstall drivers or update driver hope this helps http://download.cnet.com/acer-crystal-eye-webcam/3000-2110_4-202548.html
When
you get there, select "Notebook"...then select "Aspire". Then scroll
down and select Aspire 5745. Then where you see "Operating System",
select your operating system (ex: XP, Vista, or Windows7). It will then show all the drivers for your operating system...scroll down until you see the camera driver software and then download and reinstall it. Hopefully this will help...good luck.
This is becasue of the non sync existing between your vedio recorder and your player. Please use the same software to play and record the vedio. This should help.
try to download the appropriate driver for your crystal eye webcam, the web cam may not work properly or cause problems when you install a different driver.
After installing the driver. Reboot your computer and start recording yourself If you want a simple yet effective way to record yourself. you can try windows movie maker. you can record yourself with that software.

Pls check whether the drivers r install or not. if not then first of all install the drivers for crystal eveyclick on start then click on my computer and acer crystal eye webcam will show up then click on the camera.
this lines are came from touching the crystal eye ! so use your warranty to go to repair your crystal eye or they will change it. your fixer , fixer lover
