I am trying to load whatsapp on my Star - Samsung Star GT-S5233 Cell Phone

Why are you shouting? Here you only find volunteers who try to help people, by answering (most technical) questions. We don't sell phones, we don't throttle data bundles we don't obstruct phones, we don't send mails. We don't call people, nothing of that at all.

My suggestion ?
The only thing I can think of, is your provider and I don't know who that can be, is not allowing whatsapp data in its data bundle. They can have blocked the use of messaging apes for use on WiFi.
To find out, you could try google, with something like :
Problems with whatsapp on ..... fill the name of your provider in the dots.

Sorry but your Samsung GT-S5233 phone's Operating System does not support Whatsapp.It can only run Java Apps.Try Snaptu instead or get yourself an Android or Nokia phones which support Whatsapp.

Sorry to give you bad news but the Samsung Star GT-S5233 runs a proprietary operating system that is not supported by Whatsapp. The only platforms you can put Whatsapp on are Android, Blackberry, iPhone and Nokia smartphones. You would have to get one of these if you want whatsapp.
