you have to open the system preferences and open the date and time, there you can modify formats for date and time, and in the system preferences also log in into the print and fax preferences, press the fax button,..then you can put the fax on to get faxes in your computer

Please change the Leithium battery fixed inside your fax machine, usually this the problem.
If the Date time is running in different date & time.
Please press Menu, then scrolle left of right arrow key. When you find set Date/Time enter the key mentioned in the Display key and change to your date & time.
After some time see if the date/time working normally. If not change the above mentioned battery.
Left the flap on the right hand side of the fax machine.
