We replaced the toner cartridge and the waste receptical and the little red light "Add Toner:" is still on and the machine won't copy. We have removed the cartridge and did the dance...

If it is a Kyocera toner than that is the problem. The key to turn the toner is different for the Kyocera toner cart. It will fit and appear to work but won't. Also turn the unit off and unplug for 15 sec. will reset and perform boot up procedures might help.

The toner auger is probably clogged up. You will have to disassemble the whole dev unit to clean it out.

I just replaced the toner. Toner light on

Keep opening and closing the front door until the toner catches up. Did it have a plastic seal that you forgot to pull off?

If it only has lines on copys then
Clean scanner glass (small slit of glass before copy glass)

If it happens on prints and copys then it will more likely be drum.

Won't print documents from computer! PLEASE HELP! ASAP!

You cannot use an IP number for more then one device. It is an unique identification number. On the PORT section uner the Windows driver, change the last three digits for the Copystar machine, do not change the other ones (keep in mind that it should be unique!). Then go to the copier and thorugh the user panel get into network settings and enter the COMPLETE IP number just typed in Windows. It should work.
