while the computer is off use compress air and spray it into the ventilation area where the fan is that stopped working. hopefully this will free the dust to hopefully get the fan to start moving again.
If the compressed air does not work, you will have to replace the fan.
Here's a link to how to clean your cpu cooling fan. The system does shut down due to a thermal cut off, so you want to keep the heat down. Use compressed air on all the air slots. Also open up the bottom and scrape the fan of dust, or whatever if dirty. If the fan doesn't come on you can get one online. They're fairly inexpensive. http://www.insidemylaptop.com/clean-cooling-fan-acer-aspire-3003lm/
Here's a fan purchase outfit. Use this link. If you don't see your system, give them a call as the 6530 may use a fan that's the same in another acer model. The vendor should know.
You may contact the manufacturer of your laptop. Looking the parts of your unit is difficult so you need to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer will know which is the best and compatible fan to your unit.
if the cooling works well the fan gonna shutdown automatic. nothing to worry about, but if it does when the computer is still hot then you need to replace the fan.
when it shutsdown, does it later start by it self?
Overheating. Try using canned air and blowing out vents. If you are comfortable with it, take the laptop apart and clean it out. If not, contact a local computer shop that can do it for you. If cleaning doesn't do it, the CPU heatsink will need reseated or the CPU will need replaced.
