In order to resolve this problem you will need download Sigma Tel formatter, plug your MP3 into your computer and then reformat it.

Esto sinifica que el disco duro (una memoria 'Solid State' de un giga) dentro de el lector esta estropeado.
Quando pasa esto se sulen perder todos los datos dentro del mp3.
Intente conectar el mp3 con una ordenadora. en la computadora localize el disco esterior del MP3. Pinche el boton derecho del raton en cima de la icona del disco USB y eliga 'format' desde el menu.
Si format no funziona el suporte de memoria esta estropeado y necesitera un nuevo Mp3 player.

try this steps...(pardon my english)
1. if you have another flash disk drive, connect it to your pc...
it should say " removable disk (E)or stuff.. haha)"
2. right click on it and select "format"
3. tick the quick format box and change the format type into FAT
4. do not start yet! as quick as you can, conect your f*%ked up RCA device...
5. wait till the "removable disk (E)" appears or whatever the letter
is, just make sure that it is the same as the previous letter in step1
was... then click start...
you may not actually wait
it worked for me...
