SOURCE: water dripping from inside top to bottom of cooler
Coolers like yours create a lot of condensate. Every time the door is opened warm moist air enters and changes back to a liquid state on the evaporator coils behind the fan and area you see moisture dripping down from top and back wall should be going down a drain pipe to the bottom of cooler and into a pan where a fan blows warm air over the condensate/water returning it back into the store or business that the cooler is located. Looking inside there shoud be a tray or pan that is at the base of the evaporator. True uses different parts but you need to see why the water is leaking from.
