Password recovery I got this laptop from ebay and don't have the password to log on

Lost Windows password:

• Log in as Administrator (try safe mode if you don't see Administrator).
  
• Login as other user (if other user is availible) and manage users.
  
• Reformat computer.
  
• Use 3rd party software to remove password. Like http://www.top-password.com/reset-windows-password.html

Step1: Download and install Windows Password Recovery Tool Professional.Step2: Burn CD/DVD/USB Flash Drive. (Namely it is to burn aWindows password reset disk.)
Step3: Set the target computer boot from CD/DVD or USB.
Step4: Remove the forgotten Windows password with the burned CD/DVD/USB. Then log on to Windows without a password.

Try pressing control + alt + delete
then use the Administrator account do not place any password. Then click enter. If you can't still get into windows try going to safe mode still log-in to admin account. If you can login. delete the account that has password.
