Hello,
First, from the magicjack device copy the magicjack folder to a CD or to a floppy under an earlier version of windows, (Windows 7 does not recognize the quasi CD that is on the device).
Be sure that the Magicjack device has been upgraded to the latest firmware.
Start Windows 7
Plug in the Magicjack device. (The Windows 7 drivers will load).
If a window for magicjack vista pops up ignore and close it.
Be sure to be connected to the internet. Run the .exe file from the media that you placed the copy of the magicjack files on, or copy the files to your hard drive then run them. Magicjack will upgrade.
After this you only need to click on the Magic Jack icon to activate the device (of course, have the device plugged in).
Like Magic! It works.
Thanks
