My barcode scanning set up should be: scan tab scan enter. How can I program it

Hi,The easiest way would be to print out the control code for <tab> <enter> and scan them after you barcode is scanned.
As far as i know its not possible to have two post-emble's and to alternate between the two.
The other and far harder way is to have the text input fields on your program to deliver the correct <tab>, <enter> when you exit the text field.

Scanner setting

Got to the following:-

Start >> Settings >> System >> Intermec Settings

You are then presented with all the settings you can change within teh device. From here got to:-

Data Collection >> Internal Scanner >> Symbology Options >> Postable

You are then presented with an input field. Enter your (13) here and hit [OK] to save and exit.

Use notepad on the device to check that the 13 is placed at the end of the {Barcode Date}

I confirmed this on a terminal we have here and it worked 500011972829613

I need to find the settings so I can ensure that it will scan all types of barcodes and not just ECC200.

Barcode scanners perform similarly as product data entry devices. Howver, each barcode scanner has a designe specication from the manufacture also considering the requested functionalities. For example, the barcode scanner is capable of capturing data either codes of producst however in situations that a retailer acquires scanners that least compartible to prior versions is incapable of being recognifigured at the retailers facility. Refer with an expert within store structure to derive most productivities either setting to capture an much to the convenience to product experts.

Scan bar code using motorola MC75

Hello,
there are several ways to use the scanner: you can have an application directly with scanner drivers implemented. Or you can install the application DataWedge provided by the manufacturer.
The DataWedge application will activate the scanner and the decoded barcode is sent as usual keypad input to the system. The application is running in background, so you can have your favourite simple application in foreground and scan data directly.
To download the DataWedge application please go to support.symbol.com website and search for DataWedge, or use this direct link http://support.symbol.com/support/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=12685

Could not active it the scanner on the MC9090

The link works for me DataWedge provides a convenient mechanism for non-scanning aware applications to receive data from embedded or connected data capture devices. It allows the user to capture data into any application that accepts keyboard input. It supports four types of Data Feeds: Barcode Scanners, RFID Tag Readers, MSR Readers and Serial Data Input. It provides user with text/hex data formatting and prefix/suffix facilities. Description
  1. New Test and Log Display.
  2. Improved DataWedge Startup Time for MSR and RFID
  3. Gen2 RFID Support
  4. Device enable/disable persistence over cold boot
  5. Virtual Key Support in Prefix/Suffix
  6. Performance improvements for MSR
  7. Enable Serial Interface on startup
  8. Support added for Event based Serial reading.
  9. Delays regarding RFID are fixed.
  10. Several Barcode character mapping issues fixed.
make sure some security software is not blocking your access

How can I determine input whether coming from keyboard or scanner?

Why you need to know from which it is comming? As a wedge is 2 inputs is merged as 1 output. There is no way to tell unless you use special coding in the BArcode that cannot be manually keyin. If I know your need maybe there is a altermnate way to do it.
