Hi, I can only hear through one side of the headphones when playing through the Mbox2. I've checked the headphones on another system and they work fine. I'm wondering if something has come loose inside? Is it expensive to send it for repair? thanks

I am not entirely familiar with these headphones, other than knowing that the sound quality is amazing. However, I do have a few suggestions for you. First of all, if these headphones have noise cancellation, you may need to check the batteries. It is possible that it needs batteries in place for the speakers to work at all. Secondly, double check your connection to your device and also check the sound levels on your device. I know, it sounds basic, but sometimes that's why we look it over. If neither of these work, call up Monster Cable. They stand behind everything they put their name on for life. Unless you've modified your headphones or gone swimming with them still on your head, they should replace them if there is truly a problem. good luck!
In there you should see your hardware. Make sure it is all set correctly. Also check the speaker on the taskbar. Open the sound and make sure that all are checked or (not checked) on to make the sound work ... wave, midi, and so on for what you are playing . Some will turn on when checked, some will turn off when checked...try these settings.
Make sure your music player is set correctly. Go to the properties in the program.
