I have problem with my mother board mercury when i download game give me massege that you need grphic 3d to play this game.

It means the game which you have install requires graphic card. and the mother board your using doesn't have graphic card. check weather *********** board have got AGP slot if it have then u can put on ur graphic card over there...

That graphics card i'm afraid is not good for todays games, same thing goes for your pentium 4. A driver update may fix your problem but that card and cpu need changing, probably a new motherboard would be needed also to fit a pci express graphics card along with a core 2 duo processor.

I have an mercury d890mainboard it does not run 3d games and soft
A lot of mother boards cannot run 3D games because either the CPU is too slow or the Video card is too slow. I would guess that the CPU woudl have to be at least a 2.5 ghz and the video card an add on AGP type  or PCIe. if you board supports either one.
