Try first deleting and reinstalling your HP unit drivers , to see if the problem is coming from there .
I don't think so . Your computer is probably infected by a malware .
Download and install MalwareBytes from http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html
Let it scan your system and destroy all indesirable corrupting applications .

I had this same problem and found HP troubleshooting not hitting the mark. I finally found a forum that recommended taking out the cartridges and wiping the print heads with a wet paper towel until a good flow of ink shows up on the wet part of the paper towel. In my case the new color cartridge initially had very little ink coming out. After a few wipes with towel I had a good flow of color ink on the towel. I re-installed both cartridges and the printer started printing at top speed in my next print job.
