Just had a new part # 241734301 installed, because the old one broke during a move. It appears to work fine although the water continues to dribble for a while after filling a glass. Also, the water will come on and pour out through the water dipenser intermittently. Could the hoses have been hooked up incorrectly? Or do you think the new part may have been bad? Thanks for any assistance you can provide in this dilema.

The 2 pod strainer it clogged. If you hold it up to the light you should be able to see light coming through the other side. Try soaking it in hot water for a half hour and than blow it out the center of the pod strainer with one of the compressed air/ gas duster cans. If this doesnt work than try a needle.

Yes, Turn the knob on the gas valve to off. Turn off the incoming water line into the water heater. If you have a valve on the outlet turn it off too. Open the drain at the bottom of the heater to drain a little water from heater. You can then lift the lever on the temperature/pressusre relief valve to let a little air in to release the vacuum and let the tank drain. If the relief is in the side let it drain a bit longer so the water level is below the outlet. Be sure to re-install the down pipe on the relief valve on the new valve. You should drain the a few gallons of water at least once a year from your heater, and you should exercise your temperature relief valve once a year to be sure it will function. If your new valve leaks suspect your temperature control allowing the water to get too hot.

That is the possible reason something has cause them to send water to both places. Does your model also have a water filter below or inside the refrigerator? I will need to find a set of better photos/wiring diagrams to understand why this is happening. I will try my best but I will need to go to Frigidaire to look over the refrigerator you have, I just am trying to picture the water lines and I admit this is one strange case.Let me know, Sea Breeze

may be the new facuet see if the hose is clogged detach it from the sink turn on the water and see if it comes out into a bucket if it does than its your new facuet

check the fiting where you tapped the water for the uit. If its a saddle valve what happens is the the gasket closes down and restricts the water flow.

Washer is approximately 3 years old. Will not drain or spin. When it tries to spin, clicking noise heard inside of unit. Would a clog insie the lines disable the spin cycle ?

CHECK THE BALANCE SPRING LOCATED (INSIDE LEFT REAR OF MACHINE). IF SPRING IS OFF IT CAN CAUSE THE TUB TO TILT TOWARD THE FRONT AND THE TUB FILL HOOD WILL NOT BE OVER THE TUB DURING FILLING OR THE TUB WILL BE ERATIC DURING THE SPIN WHEN RINSE WATER IS SPAYING IN CAUSE ING THE WATER TO MISS THE TUB AND SPRAY OUTSIDE. THIS IS COMMON IF THE UNIT HAS BEEN MOVED OR PLACED ON IT'S SIDE OR CARRIED AT EXTREME ANGLE.
