Unfortunately Mother Board does not work. serial number: 447805-001 SPS-BD SYS FF PAV-PRS. My question: I have a receipt, and LT is still under warranty. LOL, buy a screen off eBay and replace it yourself. Never deal with Tesco again!!! Go to ebay and but in your laptop's model and find a screen. For example if mine laptop was a HP Pavilion DV8000 I would put in the ebay search "HP Pavilion DV8000 LCD Screen".

Or you can check with your local computer repair shops and get a quote from them on repairing the screen. Check with the guys at: http://www.generalsystemsconsulting.com They will fix it and ship it back by Fedex or UPS and most times their price will beat any quote including the shipping charge.

If warranty -not. Maybe some electronic help you thei can do cheaply

Hi, try going to control panel, under the start button, from there you can reduce the sensitivity and reduce speed on your mouse.

the drivers are corupted, did it come with anytype of software, you mite have relaod the video drivers for that machine, but i would try getting any updated software.

go into control panel open up device manager, open display adapter or right click the on while on display adapter and select updated software.

Do you still have the receipt and warranty information? they can't argue with that and if they try ask for someone else to help you, don't give up

great idea returning that computer ............ that would be my answer ......... but if you want a reliable source lap top computer or desk top you cant go wrong with a hp pavilion......... i have a desk top that is over 1o yrs old and running xp home edition on it and havent sent it to repairs once. good luck ....
