I think the problem here is with your connection. I understand that you have the right settings from your operator...however you should check with them to see if your line is data enabled for MMS (this is how your pictures are sent....in an MMS message).
usually to receive picture messages..you have to send one picture message...
if you cant send mms...check with your service provider if you have free mms included in your contract..if you have then they should be able to give you a solution as to how to activate it...but usually one should be able to send mms
Hi Kim, Contact your provider and ask them to send you there WAP and MMS settings, usually when you recieve theese you switch off your phone, power it back up and YOU need to send a picture to activate the MMS settings with your provider. Good Luck!
Sorry but this model of phone is not set up for mms. The computer is the only way to view pictures unless you upgrade your phone to a newer mmscapable model. (MMS = multi media service)
