Exactly cut straight or curvy lines with ease using the Ultimate Cutter. Safer to use than scissors, its cutting blade is enclosed by a plastic shield to keep it safely away from skin and fingers while in use. The shield also ensures perfect leveling by keeping the blade at the proper cutting angle at all times!
The Ultimate Cutter's swiveling head makes even rounded, intricate cuts easy anywhere on the page. A squishy comfort grip makes slippage obsolete.

Comment though > " I really thought this was going to be a cool item sadly it was not. The blade is not sharp and not that you would want it to be with children however ..."

Did you check fuse's in fuse block center console ? Fuse #26 IGN3 / HVAC 10amp . Do you know what I'm talking about ?
Fuse Block - Center Console
Inside of console, behind the right console access panel
What did you do jump terminals in the DLC ?
You need a factory scan tool to program keyless entry remote .
  1. Install a scan tool.
  2. Use the scan tool in order to access programming: Vehicle Control System/Computer Integrating System/Module Setup/BCM/Program Key Fobs.
  3. Press the START soft key on the scan tool.
  4. Important: The scan tool must stay connected until all of the transmitters are programmed.
  5. Press and hold the LOCK button and the UNLOCK button simultaneously on one transmitter. After a delay of 5-10 seconds, the scan tool will indicate that the transmitter is programmed.
  6. Repeat the previous step in order to program up to 4 transmitters.
  7. Remove the scan tool.
  8. Operate the transmitter functions in order to verify correct system operation.

2002 rodeo is my obd ground bad my ecu wont communicate and horn wont blow but fuse is good

great question, im ane ECU spirt. )EFI.
what country, nobody ever says, that but gee, the OBD varies buy
COUNTRY!
Ill pretend USA. /Canada.

In the USA the car has OBD2. and you need a scan tool that works
on 2002 cars.
what engine, some engines have different ECU. radical differ..
they had like 3 engines here, other countries 9.

the scan tools connects to the 16pin, OBD2 connector at dash.
i the car is Can-bus. it needs a can-bus tool, all new tools work on canbus but old ones never do. (i have them back to 1995 and know this)
NON comms and tool is ok, not wrong tool . diagnosis.

  1. Pin 16 not at 12vdc, (blown fuse)
  2. ECU dead, 99% of time blown fuse to EFI. test the fuses to all EFI parts. alldata.com wiring shows that.
  3. bad wiring to the DCL connector (rare) or from there to ECU
  4. yes, some crappy tools have no ground on both pin 4 and 5, buy a tool that has 2 pins there. OR it will fail on some cars. seen many POS ELM327 tools that do this horror, get a tool called, INNOVA 3160 and stop guessing, this tool works on all cars.
  5. barrow, rent , or buy or ask any sharp mech top scan car , his tool works.
  6. Fuses that look ok can IN FACT be bad, we never assume they ar good we test them. using either method, OHMS or 12vdc on both sides, is better. see? only the voltage matters, all else punts.
  7. The 3.3l communicates on pin 1 and 2..
pin 2 is PCM/ECU. VPW signalling.
and is not can-bus, yet.
simular to this.

Honda element check engine on but no code

what does no code mean? (no code see where and on WHAT)
no year car posts are no good. 03- 11 are choices.
USA or Canada????

any modern OBD2 tool works
if car is newer than say 2004, use modern scan tool
if car is newer that 2007 , even newer tools are need.
if car is newer and the FREE autozone tool is blind then its junk.
may store run the wrong old tools that are near useless on newer cars.

here is a good tool.
if serios DIY.
get a serious tool (newer cars)
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001QIUGVI/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

if car is old say so, as most , can use $9 tool or $20
no year, no joy, just general answers.

what year, element
which engine
2.4 L I4: K24A4 2003-2006, K24A8 2007+
and what country,
use a modern scan tool post 2004 tool for sure.
go to real shop with real tools. not old scan tools.

if the CEL glows. scan it.
all cars, 1988 to now (usa)
all cars ,1996 era old tools work. great. (N/A here)
all cars 2004 and for sure 2008 needs a modern CAN-bus scan tool. Some cars went to CAN-BUS early, YMMV.
sometimes the old wrong scan tool will see old P0 federal
scan codes, but will miss all the important new scan DTCs.
OBD2 evolved fast, you must track this or fail.

When connected to our air compressor, the tool does not work. The air compressor is set for 90 psi. Our tool did not come with a manual, hence no FAQs to refer to.

Typically, most air tools require 120 psi to work . Have you added oil into the air port of your tool? a small amount of motor oil will work in a pinch - let it flow into the tool for 5 minutes before you try to use it.If you can, turn up your regulator to 120 and try again. Or, you can take the tool to a local shop and ask if they will let you plug it in to their air to test.

Is this a great set of tools to get

If you are only doing occasional light-duty work around the house, then mostly any tools are fine. If you are going to use them often or for heavier-duty work, then go with professional-level tools. You are paying for ergonomics, functionality, longevity, etc. when you buy tools, so keep that in mind when you compare costs. My suggestion is to look at several similar sets of tools, expensive and inexspensive, and aim just north of the median price. This should get you a useful and decent set.

Hope this helps,
matt

Compressed air tool Usage

Craftsmen often prefer a compressed air tool over an electric power tool for certain jobs. Drywall and trim work are both made easier and accomplished more quickly with pneumatic tools. The most commonly purchased compressed air tool duo for homeowners is the pneumatic drill and nail gun. If you are a homeowner shopping for compressed air tools, be sure you understand how different models work and how the power is supplied. Read the manufacturer’s directions for use and maintenance, and be sure to have the proper sized hoses, fittings, and air compressor.
