I have htc smart f3188 when i download anything from internt or recived songs and videos from other phone by bluetooth it saved in phone memory not in sd card memory how can i use sd card memory.

Please try hard reset otherwise flash,

- Press & hold volume up+down
- Press Power on
- Press Volume down to hard reset
- Press other button to cancel

thats because they operate with android system. You have to try delete some of your unuseless files and then try to download. Or see the options in downloading mode (where to: phone or mem. card)

- Some amount of free memory
- High speed data connection like 3G/4G.

Make sure in your settings that you're saving it to the phone and not to the Simcard.
