It's not magic. You need to program several things that require installer access. In your features manual, look up COS and TRS (Class of Service and Toll Restriction). It's probably already in your system and you need to modify the programming to make it work. Another feature called ARS would possibly be in order, then, you dial 9 and the number and the programming would sort it out.

Needless to say, it's beyond the scope of a free forum to do specific programming on your system.

I have the Panasonic KX-T7633 and when I dial a certain number is rings engaged and comes up with ACCNT - please how do I unblock this?

You don't. It's looking for an ACCOUNT number, which are assigned by the system manager. The number you have dialed is restricted by class of service. If you have a class override code, you can use that, or go to a different phone.

Trying to get phone numbers programmed on a Panasonic KX-T7633. I can store them in a directory, but am having trouble assigning them to the "Flexible CO buttons".

It's a trick. Assign the button, then press PROG the button, and dial 2 then 9, or whatever your access code is for an outside line, then the number and ENTER. You can press more buttons and dial more numbers, or press EXIT to quit.

I want to kow how to use / program the paging function on the KX-T7633.

What happens when you dial *3301 or *3332 on the intercom? At installation, phones are assigned paging groups, and they usually fall into group 1 by default. There are codes that can lock phones out of paging (each user can do it himself) and 32 is all page groups. Anybody can dial *43 on the intercom to join a paged call.

How do you program mobile numbers into the one touch dialing function? It keeps dropping the 0 off at the front and then won't connect to the number.

Exactly what are you programming under the button and are you putting an ACCESS CODE in the number? When you go to the intercom, try dialing "9" or whatever you use to get an outside line. If you use a special line to dial out because you're calling a mobile, then you need to dial 80x instead of 9.

Just an idea.

Panasonic kx-t7633

On the intercom dial *71x1 where x is 0 for all calls, 1 for outside calls and 2 for intercom calls. *71x0 cancels, or you can just press the FWD/DND button until it goes out.

Panasonic KX-T7633. Phone message box is busy

This, my friends, is a very popular problem. It is caused by someone else in your company pressing the Message button on their phone while you are calling them or they are calling you. We strongly recommend to our customers that no one presses the Message button under any circumstances. To access your voice mailbox, always dial the Automated Attendant access code assigned by your installer - usually 165 (although on our systems it is "62" or the letters "MB" for MailBox).

You need to dial the Message Waiting Lamp feature code and dial "0" for the extension number. The code itself varies from system installation to system installation, but the most likely numbers are *70 and 70.
