I have a Xerox 7345 Workcentre and need to replace the Fuser Assembly but it's not where the enclosed diagram says it should be ! Can you advise where to locate it please ?

7435 is located on the upper left side of the machine, Should have a yellow guide on it, 2 orange thumb screws are all that hold it in.Open the left side door, and look for labels that say CAUTION HOT..

Press and hold the 0 key for 5 seconds and then while still holding, press the Start button. Enter password 6789 then press confirm.
Select Adjustments/Others, then initialize HFSI Counter then enter code 954-804, then select reset current value.
If the toner rubs off the page after it comes out of the printer the fuser is bad. Fuser wires get very hot, so if the page isn't slightly warm, thats a good indicator of a worn fuser wire
You can't reset the drums counter on the machine. The drum has what they call a CRUM on it. It's the micro chip on the drum frame. You can buy new CRUM's or use one that still has some life on it. Press the two plastic retainers to remove the CRUM.
