I had the same problem but so long after the listing of these other posts, it may only be helpful for new inquiries. I found the website for the manufacturer & they have a 1 page instruction sheet for this vacuum.

or try this link and look under Dirt Devil Accessories.

I just bought one and I know that when you use it the water pressure sucks up the debris and pushes it into the bag. My question is how do you put it together????

Brush roller won't turn

Hey, this is Jeremy with Crucial Vacuum,

There are 2 potential reasons as to why your Dirt Devil AccuCharge roller brush is not working:

1) The roller brush may be blocked by debris that was picked up by the vacuum. To remove the blockage, switch your vacuum 'OFF' and unplug before proceeding. Then, lay the vacuum down and try to remove anything that is lodged in the roller brush.

2) If the vacuum cleaner brush is not spinning the belt might be broken, stretched out too much, or might have fallen off. Check the belt and replace if needed.

Dirt devil powerburst isn't spaying cleaner anymore

Hey there Angie, this is Jeremy from Crucial Vacuum,

Sorry to hear you are having some trouble with your Dirt Devil Powerburst. Below I have listed some things you can check on to remedy the situation.
  1. Make sure that the two rubber gaskets are attached to the removable tanks (and seat properly on them).
  2. Make sure that nothing is clogged in any of the tubes or chambers.
  3. Make sure the sprayer is not clogged. Over time soap residue can harder and build-up preventing the solution to pass through.
  4. When you turn on the machine, do NOT spray it. WAIT. Run it for 60 seconds in order to prime the pumps.
  5. If that fails, you can try running a mixture of water and vinegar to try to clean the lines.

My vacum cleaner won't pick when attached to the parts or bottom

Hi, it's Allie from Crucial Vacuum.

It sounds like your unit may have a blockage. Checking your hose for any blockages is very easy. Remove the hose from both ends and check for blockages, any leftover debris or clog will not allow the unit to have suction.

Dirt Devil Rampage Robotic Pool Vacuum wont climb side and stays in deep end all the time?

If a pool vac is not climbing the side of the pool this is one of several things main things . a blockage in the pipe (try inserting garden hose to flush it. or insufficient vacuum at the skimmer box (Test with your hand) or a break inside the unit - if the third, you probably need to take it in for repair.

Dirt devil easy steamer need directions to use

Thank you for responding to my question. I should have spent some time really looking at my little machine. It wasn't hard to figure out -once I found and read the back of the cleaning solution bottle and tried my luck following the water to cleaner ratio.. Opening, adding the cleaning solution and water and re-closing the reservoir was pretty easy. Everything worked out fine...and my carpet is...spotless. Thank you, Cmarie
