If there is a reset switch, try pressing it. The reset switch is usually a pencil tip sized indentation on the face and will not be marked or will be behind the face on the sub panel.

Face plate closed on power down and now it will not turn on..ie..the face plate will not open. I've tried pushing on the bottom left as you do when you force close it. I've tried disconnecting the...

try checking all of you fuses, including the one behind the radio if you can get to it.

I have an Elna 6003Q sewing machine. My light bulb went out and I need to replace it. How do you get it out and replace it?

some call it a lamp cover door or face plate it's on the left side of the sewing machine
some sewing machines have a hinge at the back of the face plate, you can gently pull it open to change the bulb
some machines -in the middle of the face plate there is a plastic plug, use a screw driver to gently lift the plug & then unscrew the screw & change the bulb.put the face plate back on put the srew back in & put the plug back in to concile the screw

My cdx-m8800 was stuck on 1 channel and volume after battery went dead.we put in new battery ,nothing works. checked fuses ,the face just opens and closes after turning car off

have you tried a reset under the front control panel ?

My StreetPilot c330 ( 4 years old ) went dead and I can not get it to come back on. I have checked the fuse and pushed the reset button.

PULL OFF SILVER FACEPLATE AND A RESET BUTTON IS BEHIND FACE PLATE COVER PLUG UNIT UP TO POWER SOURCE PRESS RESET BUTTON AND THEN PRESS POWER BUTTON,YES BATTERY MAY BE DEAD BUT AS LONG AS YOU KEEP CONNECTED TO A POWER SOURCE IT WILL WORK.
MINE DID THE SAME THING I JUST KEEP CONNECTED TO CIG ADAPTER IN MY CAR.

ensure all three of the springs are present
the 2 at the top confirm that the case is closed the on at the bottom sends the sound signal.

ensure the metal casing on the back of the movement is not touching the back. and check the movement is correctly seated
