How many programs do you have runing in the background? On the lower right corner of your screen, the little icons there represent the programs that are "ON" all the time. Too many can cause a problem with available memory.
If you have a bunch, let me know and I will explain how to get rid of them.
You also need to run a virus and spyware check. I would bet that you have some spyware on board.
Also go to toolbar>tools>intrenet options>general tab and delete all your cookies
Go to Start>programs>accessories>systemtools>disc cleanup and run that
If you have a registry cleaning program, run that
After this clean up, restart your computer and see what happens.

Make sure MS Office Outlook is not running. Go to Control Panel. Click on Mail. Click on Show Profiles. Click Add. Give a name to the new profile. Check the Always use this profile radio button and choose the newly created profile below it. Start MS Office Outlook with the new profile.
