Display-it's stuck- no error codes it's just stuck

If your Samsung washer is in the middle of a drain cycle and the 5E error code shows on your washers display, it means that the water is not properly draining out of the washer. Something may be clogged, jammed, or blocked and thus preventing water from draining out of the washer.

Hi DMS1, your wacher might have gotten stuck with somthing. Maybe a piece of string or just dirt.
Have you already tried to open it and clean it?

However, first let's try recalling the error code by waking the unit and wait approximately five seconds. Then press and hold CANCEL and START/PAUSE key at the same time. Error code should display. If the washer does not display an error code, reset the washer. This can be done by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. It is important to wait approximately ten minutes, turn the unit on and redo the steps above.

Hello - This particular issue can be caused by quite a few reasons. Washer could be experiencing a communication error from the main control board, faulty door lock assembly or the timer itself is not operating correctly. Since you hear a humming noise, either the drainage hose/pump is clogged and needs to be cleaned or could possibly have another issue with the door lock assembly or pressure switch. You can also press and hold the start/pause and cancel button together at the same time for approximately 30 seconds to display an error code on the LED. What error code does it display? However, I would suggest contacting a professional to accurately diagnose the washer.

If the drain time exceeds eight minutes, the water valves are turned off
and “F/02” is flashed. Press PAUSE/CANCEL two times to clear the
display.
NOTE: After four minutes the “Sud” error will be displayed, then four
minutes later the “F/02” error code will be displayed

first try the simple step, unplug unit for 60 secounds, then replug unit back up. reset load and see if that works. let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Flashing UE - The display shows:
• Load is too small.
• Load is out of balance.
• The washer has an imbalance detection and correction system. If individual heavy articles are loaded (bath mat, bath robe, etc.) and the imbalance is too great, the washer will make several attempts to restart the spin cycle. If an imbalance is still detected, the washer will stop and the error code will be
displayed.

Possible Solution
• Add 1 or 2 similar items to help balance the load.
• Rearrange items to help balance the load.
• Control error.
