I switched to Windows 7 and the person who installed it forgot to switch over the Labtech speaker 1030 drivers

These are speakers and do not require drivers. Your computer's sound card does require drivers, though.

To open these you need to pull the front grille off. There are four screws, one in each corner. You'll need to do a bit of prying to get it open as the case is sealed around the edges, but it isn't too terribly difficult. Just take your time.

Maybe, It doesn't work because of the driver you installed. It is for other versions/kind of operating system. Before you install any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use "troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program installer first then choose "troubleshoot compatiblity". It will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run. Just reply back if it still doesn't work.

You may have to run it in Compatibility mode if Windows 7 webcam software is not available - I'm sure they can advise you

To navigate to CM on my logitech I rightclick the webcam shortcut icon on the desktop and click 'Properties' and then the 'Compatibility' tab.

click on start at the bottom of the screen then scroll up to my computer right click it thenscroll down to properties click it then click hardware then device manager, then there should be a yellow question mark beside the drivers that need installed just right click the driver and click update then follow the instructions from there, try that
