Hi there. it could be one of a few problems, firstly, check if you have a 3G phone? secondly, check if you have 3G coverage? Thirdly, do you have a 3G sim card? If this doesn't answer your question, you should go to a service provider shop so that they can check it for you!

I have sciphone i68 but it does not work on 3g sim card what i should do?

You need to get a non-3g sim card, or get a 3g phone. Only the very latest Chinese mobile phones are 3g compliant, as China (apparently) does not have a 3g network as yet. Unfortunatley you can't modify the sim card or the phone to fix this problem.

Network problem

For information about the Motorola RAZR V3x and what carriers it will be on, here is a quick answer: only GSM carriers. For those unaware of the technology behind cell phones, there are two major competing technologies GSM and CDMA. You will never be able to use a GSM phone on a CDMA network or a CDMA phone on a GSM network. If it's all ok for you then call upon your service center.
Hope this Helped!

3G is the 3rd Generation of mobile phone standards. It superseeds 2G (GSM). GSM is the most used standard in older phones. Your phone supports 2G and 3G. 3G offers a greater mobile network capacity and more advanced mobile services.

HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) is a data transmission available for 3G networks. Theoretically it can achieve theoretical data transmission speeds up to 15 Mbps. Most services offer 2-4 Mbps at the moment. It can be used for downloading.

For more information, you could look here for 3G and here for HSDPA.
