My iPhone Unit is disabled and it recommends to connect to iTunes but when i open iTunes from my Computer it notifies me that iTunes cannot connect the iPhone "iPhone" because it is locked with the Passcode.The Problem is if i press the home key of my iPhone Unit it appears an Emergency Call keys instead of the Passcode Keys.

If your iPhone has been disabled, it is completely locked down. The only way you'll be able to use it again is by restoring it using iTunes or iCloud. By disabled iphone i guess you mean that you have the cable and the iTunes icon on your screen. You connect it with your computer, open iTunes and hit restore.
