Well i have the same problem and i also have a SGH-J700 and i have 2 sim cards that has no servise. I tried doing something, using this code (*2767*2878#) or (*2767*3855#) nothing worked but i want u to try it with your simcard in and out if it does not work go to this wap site(http://wwwgsmhosting.com/vbb/member.php?... if it does not work buy a new sim card.

OMG my phone is doing that too.... i believe that you can take it to your Cell phone service provider and have them unlock it for you. to do this you must go to a technician. the problem that happened was that i knocked my phone off the network so basically its usless at this point so i will need a new phone unless they find out the code so if they cant fix it your going to have to get a new phone

you need to call your service provider (carrier) ie the customer care and ask them to activate the wap or gprs service. U can ask them about the terms and condions which is different for different carriers. then u would either walk to their outlet or follow their insturctions or install a SMS that they would send to activate the setting on ur handset. Service provider customer service would be able to help u with every thing.

What sort of limited service? As in can recieve a call but not make one? Limited line service? Limited area service?
