My 02' mdx won't come out of park, keep blowing a 20 amp fuse. This fuse controls the Cruise, break lights, memory seat, horn and linkage. I have to manually delink. I have unhooked the comand start which had been in since new but no go. Why am i blowing this fuse?

Here is an idea, when do you blow the fuse key on, key on engine running, key on engine running hitting the break pedal? Try and get the key on without blowing fuse if possible, then one at a time try those circuit loads ie: horn, brake pedal and so on, if you isolate which load is pulling to many amps(blowing fuse) unplug that load itself, then restart testing, see if fuse stays ok. You can also substitue the fuse with a circuit breaker and unplug each load until click(of breaker) stops.

Locating 3 amp fuse to radio which is secondary fuse after main fuse at the fuse block under dash. Followed wiring diagram which indicates fuse should be near or inside radio enclosure.

Question edited for clarity, 'fuse', unless you light it 'fuze'.Question moved to sub category.

If the radio has an inline fuse, it will be within 82 of the plug at the rear. They are built into the harness. Unlikely because there are three fuses covering audio.

We had the distribute replaced and now the brake

Sounds like a fuse, in the underhood fuse box, the brake lights & cruise are on the same 20 amp fuse. After replacing the fuse, check the brake lights first. Then see if the horn works, horns usually are the cause for a blown fuse, they short out.
