I am trying to connect my ED-8000 Magic Sing to my computer via a USB cable. I have installed the USB Driver and the Download Manager, however, when I try to use the Download Manager to view my recorded songs, the list is empty and I get an error that says "USB is not connected, Get nandpack space error". I have uninstalled and installed the USB Driver twice and I see the device in device manager, however it has a yellow ! with " The Device Cannot Start, Code 10" error message. Another thing, when the USB cable is plugged into the Mic, the Mic screen gets a U56 message, and the Mic doesn't respond to anything, not sure if this is normal. It works perfectly if the USB cable is unplugged. Please advise. Thanks

I know it sounds silly, but have you replaced the batteries? Do you have your receipt still? Maybe it is still under a warranty of some sort? As for that dealer, maybe he could let you exchange it if you have a receipt?

try removing the song chip( if your using one)
test the mic with its built in songs...
if it works- then the problem is on the song chip- try cleaning it......

The instruction manual should have a calibration section. If not, you can probably find the instructions at the manufacturer's website.

Cant seem to download photos from my phone to my pc.my phone is a g-600 and i have never downloaded pictures from my phone before i have put the ubs cable in and the disc that comes with the phone but...

Disconnec the phone from the PC. insert the Disc and run and install the Samsung PC Studio on the PC. Now reboot the PC. Connect the phone to PC via the USB cable. And the PC should say SGH G600 connected. The with the help of file manager on the Samsung PC Studio, xfer the pics to whatever folder you want.

For Windows XP:
You need to download the Microsoft ActiveSync from the following location:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/en-us/help/synchronize/activesync-download.mspx

Install it on your computer, connect the phone to computer u sing USB and ActiveSync will open up. Click on Explore button in ActiveSync and all the contents of your phone would be shown and you can copy/paste files as normal.

HOW TO USE ED 8000 ON PC

Hi im joe,
I believe your asking on how you can use the USB function of the ED8000 to your pc. If that's the case, yes you can use the USB function but not the way you use it on regular TV where you can see the video and hear the music. First of all, the USB Function of ED8000 is design only for UPLOADING your recorded songs to pc (you must have a recording chip for upload) and NOT DOWNLOADING songs to your mic.

If you want to use ED8000 to your PC like you use it in TV, you must have a TV TUNER CARD installed in your PC. The TV TUNER CARD has a RCA input like in TV where you connect the yellow, red, white jacks of ED8000 cord.

Lexmark X4270......All in one....computer recognized it two days ago, but today it isn't doing anything. Can you help me?

The issue which u r facing is" Communication issue"
Make sure u have installed the lexmark printer software...or else download it from the lexmark website(lexmark.com)..choose the s\w for ur operation system( Xp or vista(32bit or 64bit))...
If s\w is installed...

Check the USB cable..try different port...
Clear all the docs in the printer folder...
Remove the power adaptor and replung..restart computer..
When u unplug and replung the usb cable doesn ur computer give a pop up "found New hardware" ?...If it doesnt..then (Check if USB printing support,USB composite device are present in the Device manager...i.e Right click on "my computer" ikon-go to PROPERTIES-Hardware-Device manager-Click the plus sing near and check in the list )
U can also try...
Uninstalling the s\w....disconnect the USB cable..reinstal the s\w and connect the cable when it prompts to...

ED-8000.

You can not because the songs are in different format. the only thing that you can do is to use recording chip, insert in magic sing, record some songs or record your singing then upload it in your PC using the download manager CD and USB cable

the unit comes with a cd download manager (window XP) and a USB cable. the you can uploaaad your recorded songs in your PC.
