This error indicates an error network/router error.
I suggest going to Settings > Network Settings > Internet Connection Settings > (If you are using a wired connection choose path 1, and if you are using a wireless connection choose path 2)
1. Wired Connection > Custom > Manual Settings > Auto Detect > Automatic > Do Not Set > Manual
(DNSI : 208.67.222.222, DNS2 : 208.76.220.220) > Auto > Do Not Use > Enable > X > X
2. Wireless Connection > Enter Manually > (enter SSID or continue) > (Choose security or continue) > Custom > Auto > Do Not Set > Manual (DNS1 : 208.67.222.222, DNS2 : 208.67.220.220) > Auto > Do Not Use > Enable > X > X

could be corrupted file, try to download again..copy to a pendrive correctly formated..put the update file and try to update again..good luck..try with another pendrive...
