Washer won't drain

ND means No Drain(ing). First check that the drain hose isn't kinked. Then, check to make sure the drain hose isn't pushed so far down into the standpipe that it is sealed closed. If it is too tight in the standpipe, it will create a siphoning effect. It has to sit freely but securely in the pipe.

How can you fix the nd code

The "nd" code indicates that your Maytag is not draining as it should. Check that the drain hose isn't kinked and that the stand pipe isn't clogged. If you find either of these problems, fix them before restarting the washing cycle.

Amana front load washer error code "nd". Door is

Hello there and welcome to fixya
From what you're describing it sounds like the drain pump is blocked. The nd error code indicates "no drain". If the unit can't drain it won't spin. You're going to have to slide the washer out far enough to remove the rear panel; be careful not to damage the floor. Once you get the rear panel off you will see the pump. Be sure to have plenty of towels & a small container to catch water. I am sending you instructions from the service manual to remove and replace the pump. Another possibility is the drain line is blocked or something is stuck in the tub to pump hose.

Won't drain code OE

Hi co3256,

The "OE" error code you are seeing, means "Outlet Error"

The drain pump is either clogged, or the outlet hose has been kinked.
- Inspect the Drainage hose at the back for kinks. - If any, straighten the hose
- Open the unit, and at the bottom sump check the small drain pump area for any foreign object that may be obstructing it.

Kind Regards :-)

The machine stopped at 13 minutes to go then showed an LD code. What does this mean?

Is this a machine made by Kenmore?

An LD code n a Kenmore machine means Long Drain.
Check the water inlet hoses for kinks or clogs.
check the filter for coins or other junks.
Make sure the drain hose isn't blocked, restricted or kinked.

Hope this helps.. Good luck! :)
