Rat chewed through outlet pipe. Husband bought thicker pipe, it worked for awhile then wasn't clicking through program. Finally located someone to help. He explained that pipe needed to be concertina type to bend and pipe we put in had kinked caused blockage. He (and we) are finding it impossible to find any way of replaing the pipe as it is a non standard size and, apparently, has to be ordered, however it is proving virtually impossible to find any kind of service to back up this product. In desperation my husband bought some elbow joints so that our "temporary" pipe doesn't kink, but now when you try to run the program it doesnt bring in any water and just makes a dry grinding noise.About to tear my hair out. Who on earth do we contact to help us. There appears to be NO product support at all. The sharecall numbers just rings and then goes dead. Pleeeeease help

I found a site that is important for you to down load the site is ns323666.ip-37-187-156.eu
It is a pdf version of the instruction manual for the dishwasher
I notice that one of the instructions is quote" when using your dishwasher , you should prevent plastic items from contacting the heating element" un quote
most all dishwashers heat their own water above what human hands can stand so from that statement you can use cold water inlet only and the machine will heat it to operating temperature
I got that site by going google and typing in --kelvinator kd12ww dishwasher
then I selected site manual-kelvinator kd12ww dishwasher clicked on that and that address came up with the pdf manual
there are other sites that have parts manuals and heaps of other information
call your local kelvinator service agent and ask them about a heating element
Need to check if Rinse Aid is not exhausted in the dispenser. It could also be necessary to increase the flow rate of rinse aid. Also make sure the dishwasher is heating water as some dishwashers use steam to dry. If heater is faulty the steam will not be there.
Possible that the pump has clogged or is jammed with dirt. you will need to remove the pump and clean the pump assembly for a good spray pressure. If this wont work then the pump is faulty and needs to be replaced.Check this link for tips: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/dishwashers/a/3
Make sure that the outlet of the pipe is about as high up as the top of the machine, otherwise the water will just run out as there is no outlet valve on dishwashers. Water should have to be pumped out.
Seems like the anti flood is activated when water (even a small amount) appears on the bottom of the machiene. This is usualy a leaking pipe but can also be caused by a clogged pipe. Most machiens do have a plastic pipe that (from the flat water tank) feeds water to the bottom of the machiene in case of an internal fault. The anti flood is normaly a polystireen float with micro switch on the base of the washer. This automatically puts the outlet pump on to drain the water. The machiene does not work exept the outlet pump in this mode.
My candy dishwasher Model No CDI 3015-S retains water in the bottom of the machine at the end of the program. I have checked the filter which is clear so do not know what else to do to clear the problem. Anyone faced this problem or know what might be the cause?
My siemense dishwasher (2 month old) stopped working
No matter which program I choose, after 1 min the program stops and I get "tap" symbol on the led display.
Instructions says it might be a problem with the water source but i checked and it is fine.
