Hi, I have a Sharp AR-507 copier that no one can fix or even diagnose. Two different copier repair guys have worked on it and by now pretty much everything that has to do with paper movement has been replaced. The copier works great when you put a single sheet on the glass, doesn't matter if making 1 or 50 copies. HOWEVER if you put one sheet in the sheet feeder, (much less 2 or 3 or 4) the machine immediately jams up. We took off the document sorter because one person thought the problem was in there somewhere, but still has the same problem. Works great for copying off the glass but always jams the paper (supply paper) when the tray feed is used. Thoughts? Thanks. Dave

enter simulation: pound, interrupt, clear, interrupt, then enter 14, press start, press execute on touch screen, press ca until copier restarts, this is a general clear code, if problem returns you will have a heat problem in the fuser.
ID pattern reading error. This time its in the optics section. It should be looked at by a technician because there are timing adjustments that need to be done. If they are not done correctly you will get very poor copy results.
the Paper does not Jam. The copier just indicates that it is processing data but never seems to print. Seems to print every now and again if we change the fonts to download fonts. Not sure if there is an easy fix
Ckeck the glass on the left side it is about 1inck by 12 inch for white out on it also clean the optics. On your curling problem install fresh paper you can check your fuser temp. in sim 43-1 change it to 180.
