I have a VBR334. Every time I play a dvd I get subtitles. I then have to turn it off. Is there a default to keep the subtitles off.

I can't get my VBR334 to keep subtitles ON. After I turn on subtitles, if I (a) pause playback, (b) hit the Next button or (c) Fast Forward, the subtitles go away. I have spent many cell minutes with Vizio and even got a replacement unit. Once I updated the firmware, the subtitles started breaking. Anyone else hit this problem?

Downloaded a movie with closed caption and want to remove the closed caption....DO NOT KNOW HOW

Check the settings on whatever viewer you are using; that's where you'll find closed caption or second language selections (if available on the download).
