Your suggestion seems to have worked. Outlook 2007 is still on the computer and it doesn't appear that Outlook 2003 exists. Thanks!!

How do I fix "HP_DATA partition not found. Cannot capture data."

Is the HP Tools Partition still on the drive?
Right click Computer
Left click on Manage
Let Computer Management load
On the left is Disc Management
Click on it and on the right information about your local drives that are installed will load.
Your C drive should show up and it will list all partitions.
Does one of them says HP Tools?
Did this problem start after installing the Office software?
Does the HP Quicklook pop up come up every time you open Outlook?
If so have you gone in to see if its a program that you can uninstall from Add/Remove programs? If you can uninstall it do so.
I found this information when searching for hp quicklook
HP QuickLook is a Personal Information Manager (PIM) viewer for Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007. HP QuickLook caches Email, Calendar, Tasks, and Contact Information from Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007 and enables users to view and edit this data quickly from a notebook that is Off or in Hibernation mode (without having to open Microsoft Outlook first).
So if you don't need it, uninstall it. It could be causing the issue that you are having.

Recovering deleted items in Outlook 2003 and 2007

If you accidently deleted items like Emails, contacts, calendar, tasks, etc from your mailbox using Outlook, you can recover them as they are first transferred to the Deleted Items folder of that mailbox. But even if you delete them from the Deleted Items folder you can still recover them. This feature is enabled by default in Outlook 2007 but if you are using 2003 then you'll have to modify System registry.
Enabling recovery of deleted items in Outlook 2003
1. Start Registry Editor(Regedt32.exe).
2. Locate and click the following key in the registry
3. On the Edit menu, click Add Value, and then add the following registry value:
Value name: DumpsterAlwaysOn
Data type: DWORD
Value data: 1
4. Close the Registry Editor.
Now when you start Microsoft Outlook 2003 you'll be able to see a new option- Recover Deleted Items in the tools menu.
Recovering deleted items in Outlook 2007:
1. In the folder from where you deleted the item, or in the Deleted Items folder, click
2. Recover Deleted Items on the Tools menu.
Click an item and then click Recover Selected Items
NOTE: If an item doesn't appear in the Recover Deleted Items dialog box then you can't recover it.

A password has locked me out of my access to my

no easy way to crack the password. More likely your outlook account has corrupted. This often happened between office 2007 and vista.
In outlook, you can delete the account in settings, and open a new account and simply import the .pst to the new account. Before deleting, take a copy of the .pst (for safety)
You can download thunderbird (from mozilla) which will read your outlook .pst without asking for your password.
