Question about Paradyne COMSPHERE 3910 Modem

Open Question

Status screen on 3910 modem

I usually select the left arrow to view settings on the 3910 modem, however on one of the 14 I have it returns to the status and configuration screen instead of staying on the screen I have selected. If I choose the configuration button it also returns to the status and configuration screen. The modem works it is just impossible to view all the configuration before the screen returns to the primary status screen.
