Copy worksheet data to a PowerPoint presentation

1. In Excel, select the worksheet data that you want to copy to a PowerPoint presentation.
2. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click Copy .

Now, MS Office is a PAID software, you need to pay for the whole software to use it.
However you can use openoffice software which is FREE alternative to MS office suite. Openoffice has it's own word, excel ,powerpoint files and it FREE TO USE.

this happens when the activation files gets corrupted reinstall the ms office and go on line to activate it properly.

Powerpoint is not in the 'basic' version of Microsoft Office 2003. All other versions should include Powerpoint.

If you really need it now and you can't solve it, you may download OpenOffice at openoffice.org . This contains the program 'Impress', with which you can make Powerpoint presentations. OpenOffice is free, because it's Open Source software.

I could be that you have not installed Powerpoint when you installed Word and Excel. You can check this in you Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs.
