How do you remove the battery from the Eaton Powerware 5110? Don't have manual.

check and flip the reset button
if it still is faulty have it repaired or replaced

I believe you will find that your battery is either dead or shorted.

Replace the batteries. A lot of the smaller UPS systems won't start or restart if the batteries are bad.

Your problem is showing up under the Powerware 9305 (a very large UPS) but your comments are about the 3105. It sounds like your battery is dead.
